| Experience: Requirements: • Expertise with Windows 2000 and 2003 Server setup and configuration, patches and intricate knowledge of windows services • Expertise in security related tasks and maintenance of IDS. • Expertise with Cisco routers and configuration of point to point inter-office connections. • Ability to support end user problems and product customer support with configuration • Familiar with SQL 2000 database maintenance including backup and restore of database files • Windows XP desktop setup and configuration. • Working knowledge of IIS 6.0 web servers, registering of .NET components and implementation of scripts. • Working knowledge of networks, switches, hubs, network topology, TCP-IP, Routing, Firewalls, VPN, SMTP, Active Directory, DNS, Fax servers, SSL certificates, Domain maintenance, user management, patches, security and the ability to organize events on task and on schedule. • Ability to demonstrate tactical skills on problem resolution in an efficient manner. • Proficient in Office products such as Word, Excel, Visio required. • Excellent verbal and written skills. • Ability to learn new skills quickly. • Excellent organizational and time management skills are required.
